Network Quality
Vilicom’s Network Quality team are experts in the testing and performance analysis of wireless networks, giving operators, vendors and regulators a comprehensive picture of each network’s relative strengths and weaknesses. It delivers network benchmarking, drive testing, static testing indoor testing and comprehensive non-ionising radiation emissions survey and monitoring services.
Drive testing is performed in support of network rollout and optimisation and is tightly project-managed to meet with clients’ scheduling and delivery requirements. Field measurement data can be delivered alone or accompanied by high-level key performance indicators to allow customers to prioritise which measurement data need to be prioritised for further analysis.

The team has built up particular skills to allow network operators to exploit specific competitive advantages and rectify specific disadvantages.

Vilicom’s radio emissions specialists are recognised experts in their field and provide emissions testing and monitoring services for network operators, regulators, public bodies and employers. A wide range of test equipment is deployed to allow emissions surveys to be made across the entire radio spectrum. Along with measurement activities, Vilicom’s specialists are available to assist with public consultations by providing expert opinion and technical descriptions. Vilicom’s Network Quality team has also developed the OpenAccess service, which uses fixed measurement probes to provide independent continuous monitoring.
