Oliver Farrell
Chairman
In anticipation of the cellular market’s evolving requirements; Oliver Farrell co-founded Vilicom in 1999.
Oliver holds a bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin and is a member of the Institute of Engineers in Ireland, and The Institute of Electrical Engineers.
Oliver began his career during the early GSM rollouts. He was a key contributor to the development of Esat Digifone (now known as O2, part of the Telefonica group), focusing on city radio planning & capacity optimization. Through Vilicom, Oliver has worked on many client projects, providing valuable technical and commercial insight and leadership.
As both a founding member and CEO Oliver has been instrumental in the development of Vilicom’s business structure, organisation and operational capability, and continues to lead Vilicom in positioning the company to meet customers changing needs.

Seán Keating
Chief Executive Officer
Seán is responsible for developing Vilicom’s services to meet its clients’ requirements as they evolve with new technologies and changing customer demand.
Seán holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Dublin City University, an MBA from University College Dublin and has been working in telecommunications consultancy in the US, UK and Ireland for many years. Seán has worked on a wide range of different projects and has a wealth of experience all aspects of cellular engineering.

Paul Donnelly
Technical Director
Paul Donnelly is Vilicom's Technical Director having founded Vilicom along with Colin Cunningham and Oliver Farrell in 1999. Paul is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of engineering excellence are delivered by Vilicom on all projects. Through working directly with cellular operators on specialist consultancy projects, Paul has gained extensive experience in Radio and Networking engineering of 2G and 3G networks and has been instrumental in developing Vilicom as the market leader in the provision of in-building cellular coverage solutions and cellular consultancy services. Paul holds a bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering from University College Dublin and is a member of the Institute of Engineers in Ireland, and The Institute of Electrical Engineers.

Baldev Gill
Head of Business Development
Baldev Gill is Head of Business Development at Vilicom and is responsible for business development on a global basis. Baldev holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Aston in Birmingham and has been working in telecoms for the last 30 years in the UK, Europe, Asia and the Far East. Baldev has worked at the leading edge of telecoms and has a strong track record in the introduction of new technology into Customer networks, both from a technology and commercial perspective. Based in the UK office, Baldev works both with operators, infrastructure vendors and local partners to develop new business opportunities around the world. Graham Steele
Business Development Manager
Graham Steele is responsible for business development in Australia and New Zealand.
Graham holds a bachelor’s degree from Essex University and has been working in telecoms for the last 30 years with experience across Europe, Middle East and Africa. During his career Graham has worked on many different communications technologies including wireline, data networks, satellite, broadband and cellular.
Graham has worked at the leading edge of telecoms and has a strong track record in product innovation and the introduction of new technology both from a technology and commercial perspective.
